Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
USA Orders:
- Our processing time before an order ships out is 2-4 days, excluding weekends.
- For canvas orders within the United States, you can expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days of purchase.
International Orders:
- We currently do not ship outside of the United States.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive tracking information via the Shopify "Shop" app, accessible through your order confirmation email. Tracking details will be updated as your package moves through the delivery process.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be 100% happy with your new piece. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you simply change your mind, we’ve got you covered with a zero-hassle return or replacement.
- The Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.
- The Process: Whether it’s a full refund or a fresh replacement, we make it easy.

What are the canvas dimensions?
All canvases have a depth of 1.25".
The canvas sizes listed on the product page are in inches. Canvases are offered in the following sizes:
- Small: 12 x 18 (Inches) / 30.48 x 45.72 (Centimeters)
- Medium: 18 x 24 (Inches) / 45.72 x 60.96 (Centimeters)
- Large: 20 x 30 (Inches) / 50.8 x 76.2 (Centimeters)
- X-Large: 30 x 40 (Inches) / 76.2 x 101.6 (Centimeters)
- Gallery: 40 x 60 (Inches) / 101.6 x 152.4 (Centimeters)
How do I clean my canvas?
All of our canvases are durable and should resist most scratches, smudges. You can dust your canvas with a soft, dry cloth. If your canvas needs deeper cleaning, you may try a damp cloth.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are processed via Shopify payments processor.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
